Harper Leigh – Wales

Harper’s season concluded on Saturday 1st June so I thought I’d update you on his progress and achievements. He moved from under 13 to under 15s which is a big transition and due to family circumstances didn’t play many tournaments before Christmas.  However, he has made up for this since the new year. On 31st March, I competed in the Loughborough Bronze – Senior, which took place at Loughborough University. I played mixed doubles with Ewen Stephen from Warwickshire. We won our box and quarter finals quite comfortably, we faced the number 1 seeds and fellow Warwickshire pairing in the semi finals. From Boxing Day to the 30th of December 2018 I participated in the Carlton International Youth Tournament, Hoensbrook, Netherlands. CIY – Carlton International Youth Tournament – Zak Linley-Moss
